Welcome to Go Books! We believe you'll find our site to be one of the most exciting Book sites around. If it's selection you're looking for, we've got it. In fact we're proud to say that not only do we have the largest selection in Australia, but most stock is always available for instant dispatch.
If you wish to place an order or receive our newsletter you will need to register online. To do this you simply click on the Register button and follow the prompts carefully.

Finding What You Want

Use our Quick Search on the left of every page to search for Books by title, author or ISBN-13. Alternatively, you can click on Advanced Search for more extensive query options such as searching by publisher, illustrator, series name and more.

Making A Purchase

When you have found the item you wish to purchase, simply click on 'Add to Cart' and the item will be dropped into your shopping cart. You have the ability to add or delete products from your shopping basket before completing your purchase should you need to. To delete an item from your basket, ensure that the item's check box has been ticked and click the 'Update Basket' button.
When you are ready to place your order, simply click the 'Proceed To Checkout' button on the Shopping Cart page to begin the ordering process. After you have reviewed your delivery details, click 'Proceed To Payment Options', and enter the required information. To submit your order, click the 'Place Your Order' button.
If you do not wish to place your order online, you can opt to place your order Offline. To do this, you can print an Order form and mail or fax it to Go Books with your payment details. Alternatively you can call us on 02 9450 0498.

Due to a growing amount of internet fraud through stolen or invalid credit card numbers, Go Books has found it necessary to implement stricter security measures in an effort to reduce the risk of credit card misuse. This will help safeguard ourselves and you, our customer, against any criminal activity. Some users of our site may be asked for credit card verification. You will be contacted via email should we require this information from you.

Returns Policy

We are happy to credit or exchange any items within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in an 'As New' condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the book is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
Please email Returns with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Should you be unlucky enough to receive damaged or mis-bound books, please email Returns with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.
If you suspect that a shipment has become "lost in transit" we first ask you to check with your local Post Office as your parcel may be awaiting collection. If the parcel is being delivered to a commercial address, please also check with any mailrooms, reception areas within the workplace in case the parcel is being held for you. We ask that you allow us a 30 day investigation period before we can start treating the parcel as lost in transit. (Back To Top)
